Who is The Blonde in the Gondola?

It’s been a very exciting month and you haven’t heard a word from me since my book, “The Blonde in the Gondola”, hit the shelves on 25th August and I am thrilled to say that the 5-star reviews on Amazon and Goodreads are coming in thick and fast! Thank you all so much.

Many of you who have read it have been asking if I can show some of the locations where the story took place, as I have set the book in Venice and Puglia.

Here are a few little clues. No spoilers!

As the book opens, we meet a fisherman, early in the morning, in the Venice Lagoon. What does he find?

This is “Marcello” wearing his lucky beads. How significant are they?

Here is the bronze Madonna with the umbrella that’s on the canal close to Olivia’s house:

This is the ‘Squero‘ (gondola boatyard) that Olivia sees on her first day in Venice as she is looking for somewhere to have lunch:

.And falls in love with the local tapas, known as cicchetti:

I took this photograph of the city of Ostuni at sundown in winter:.

If you want any more photographic clues or would like to ask me any questions about Olivia’s sojourn in Venice, please let me know. I’m happy to answer any of your questions.
